Anneke Dekker and Alies Zijlstra both possess expertise and extensive experience in career coaching, yet they support different target groups within education.

Alies is the founder of AcademicVision and a dedicated, incisive leadership coach. She primarily supports directors, rectors, school leaders, team leaders, and other educational leaders. Discussions often revolve around leadership roles, workplace dynamics, career paths, and finding one's personal mission.

Anneke, a specialist in career coaching, has guided countless clients in education through their work and career challenges, including many young professionals and PhD students. Trained as an outdoor/walking coach, she offers the unique option of coaching in nature, which fosters creativity and reflection.
