Mireya is a certified coach and trainer with a lot of experience within the field of education.

Mireya is empathetic, she is a good listener and a good observer. In her work, her main focus lies on building self-confidence and reaching personal goals. She does this by showing appreciation, by emphasizing and enlarging what is already going well and by creating experiences of success. Her coaching style is both stimulating and practical.

Before Mireya focused completely on working as a freelancer, she worked as a coach and trainer at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, Air Traffic Control Netherlands and ROC Flevoland.

Mireya has a lot of experience in coaching students and teachers. As a trainer she is specialized in study skills and the reduction of fear of failure. She is also skilled in doing classroom observations and guiding peer-to-peer coaching.

Mireya studied clinical psychology and general social sciences at the University of Utrecht, followed by various accredited studies for coaching and training. To further develop her knowledge and skills she followed various courses, among which Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) and counselling for stress and burn-out.
