Caroline Mullers is a consultant, trainer and coach in the field of organizational development, company culture and personal leadership. She also works as a freelance teacher at the university. She loves to combine the critical mindset of research with the dynamics of corporate culture.

It is her passion to support companies and individuals in their development and to see them blossom. She believes that organizations and people grow when there is more connection: connection with the mission of the organization, with each other and with oneself. Trust, courage and humanity are necessary elements to create connection.

Caroline facilitates and coaches individuals and organizations in an open and committed way, whilst creating a safe environment in which others dare to open up.  Her approach is focused on people and results. She knows how to communicate clearly and how to create a connection with and between other people.

She has over 8 years of experience as a consultant and trainer at various organizations, in her role she supported organization to develop themselves to become great employers. Topics such as leadership, cooperation and organizational culture have been central in her work. In 2018 Caroline started as a freelance consultant, trainer and coach. She received her master’s degree in Business Studies at the University of Amsterdam and currently follows the study Professional Communication at Phoenix Opleidingen in Utrecht.
